what is an ADSS cable?
stands for All Die-Electric Self Supporting cable. It is a kind of
fiber optic cable that can support itself between structures
without the use of conductive metal parts. With a maximum of 144
fibers, ADSS cables can support both single mode and multimode
fibers. From pole-to-building to town-to-town deployments, ADSS
fiber optic cable is designed for duct applications in local and
outside plant aerial and campus network loop topologies. A full
transmission circuit architecture with high-reliability performance
is provided by the cabling system, which includes cables,
suspension, dead-end, and termination enclosures.
Advantages of ADSS
The use of ADSS fiber optic cable has lots of advantages. The
cables’ overall weight and diameter are small, which is good news
for towers and poles. Moisture and chemical attack are protected by
the rugged construction. It’s a versatile application that can be
