A:Generally, quotes will be replied within 24 hours or faster(weekends not included),however, a few of days would be taken for special ones.

Q2: Can you supply sample for customers?
Foclink: of course, however the delivery cost will be charged on customer's account

Q3: Could the OEM be accepted and what's the MOQ?
A: Of course, your customization order is always welcomed. The MOQ is 1KM.

Q4: What’s your delivery time?
A:Normally, our delivery time is 3-5 days after receiving deposit. Base on the quantity of the order.

Q5: Can your factory customize cables based on customer’s samples?
A:Yes, we can. OEM is welcomed
